Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Snacklet account and its data at any time. Want a copy first? Use Export my data in the same menu.
In the app
- Open Snacklet and tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy & data, then Delete account, and confirm.
Not signed in? The same menu offers Erase data on this phone, which removes everything stored on the device.
By email
If you can’t open the app, email support@snacklet.app from the address on your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Straight away and for good: your account and sign-in details, profile and photo, your plan, meals, weigh-ins, fasts, water and steps, coins, streaks, quests and buddy items, insights, league and duo membership, invites and referrals, and your subscription record with our billing provider. This cannot be undone.
What is kept
Only things that are no longer linked to you: feedback messages you sent (with the link to your account removed), nutrition values you added from a product label, and purchase records held by our billing provider under a random ID. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel Plus. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
